The Commissary houses the Terrell World War II Collection, this is a major collection of material collected over 70 years by two ladies who lived at Long Leaf as children. Described was one of the most impressive collections outside of the National World War II Museum at New Orleans, it provides a focus on home life as well the war effort itself. Within the exhibit is a conference room that can be rented to hold meetings or lucheons. For those interested in history during the war years, this exhibit must be visited.
